Local Content Development and promoting In-Country Value is the key vision of ISATTA SERVICES operations. Promoting Local Content implies that as much as possible goods, service, man-power and other activities are sourced wholly or substantially from the country of operation.

This imparts development and capacity building in-country and hence acts as a force multiplier in development of the country, its human capital and the economy.

ISATTA'S Objectives are as follows:

• Encourage and ensure use of Nigeria-Made goods and services in our projects
• Encourage and ensure value addition/fabrication/assembly of project components to be done in Nigeria.
• Use Nigerian sub-contractors as much as possible
• Enshrined in the agreement with foreign sub contractors, to provide knowledge/technology transfer plan to Nigerian assets
• Induct local trainee programs, to enable knowledge transfer
• Increase the number of Nigerian Nationals in each project discipline/skillpool through training, exposure and certification, thus making them available for other major projects.
• Involve local banks, insurance firms and other financial institutions in the contract’s financial transactions

• The health of Isatta’s personnel, customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Minimizing environmental impacts associated with its activities.
• Keeping the authorities and the public informed.
• Compliance with applicable legislation

The following principles must be applied every day and at all sites in order to succeed in our commitment:

• Remove or alleviate hazardous situations in order to minimize risks to personne
• Set HSE performance objectives, measure results, assess and continually improve processes, through the use of an effective management system
• Monitor the health of our personnel on a regular basis to ensure that workers have the physical ability to perform their duties
• Guarantee and monitor that our activities have minimal impact on the environment
• Minimize our impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, and the reduction and recycling of waste
• Apply our technical skills to all Health, Safety and Environment aspects in the design and engineering of our services and products
• Promote awareness of issues relating to Health, Safety and Environment towards our employees and contractors, improving their individual skills through appropriate training programs and information.
• Develop, maintain and test procedures and resources for dealing with emergencies in order to reduce the impact of incidents to a minimum
• Report and analyze all accidents, incidents and anomalies
• Monitor our performance and check our management system in order to improve rules and procedures in conducting our activities.
• Maintain a consistent and transparent dialogue with authorities, local realities and other stakeholders, openly communicating our HSE policies, standards, programs and performance. QUALITY CONTROL POLICY STATEMENT

At Isatta Services Limited Quality Control is regarded as being a Management tool, a method of maintaining and improving Quality whilst controlling costs.

Quality Policy:

ISL is committed to achieve the highest standards of quality within all its business activities and to maintain their continuous improvement. We have developed, implemented and maintain a quality management system based on the following principles:

• A high focus on customer satisfaction when blasting and painting of customer equipment;
• Reviewing of the company quality policy and quality objectives, annually;
• Reviewing of the company quality policy and quality objectives, annually;
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through regular contact and feedback;
• Management of the company processes and resources in a planned, efficient and controlled manner;
• Promotion and implementation of continual improvement through evaluation; feedback, communication with operators and customer input
• Involvement and training of all personnel in relevant activities.
• Communication of ISL’s values regarding quality and the quality management system. The application of this policy is the responsibility of the senior management of ISL.

Standards & Compliance:

Our strict Quality compliance to guidelines set by NACE, ISO, ASTM, SON Standards in conjunction with Owners Specification is used to complete a satisfactory project. Quality Control is not only operated by production, but is throughout our organization, and deals with every aspect of a company's operation from Planning, Training through to Packing the final product, Transport and Marketing.
